2. Policymakers: Policymakers can be influential in shaping public opinion as well as creating legislation that requires action on an issue or problem. They have access to resources and decision-making power which allows them to act swiftly and effectively when addressing a problem or issue.

3. Activists: Activists are often at the forefront of social change initiatives and they play an important role in raising awareness about issues, mobilizing communities around causes, advocating for policy changes, providing support services to those affected by an issue, and organizing protest actions when necessary. Their involvement will help ensure that people’s voices are heard in this process and will also increase visibility into how certain policies affect different groups of people within society.
