2. Set Goals for Quality Improvement: Identify specific areas for improvement by developing measurable goals that can be used to track progress over time.
3. Develop an Action Plan: Outline what resources will be needed to achieve these goals as well as tasks that need to be completed in order to reach them such as training staff, obtaining funding etc.
4. Monitor Progress: Implement systems and processes to monitor progress towards reaching quality improvement objectives in order to identify any potential hindrances or challenges that may arise during implementation of the initiative.
5. Analyze Results: Collect data on changes made and evaluate their effectiveness against desired outcomes in order to determine if any adjustments need to be made or if additional initiatives are necessary for further improvement in overall quality performance within the organization’s operations.
