Risk management program analysis part one
The type of risk management plan I selected is a proactive approach to risk management. It focuses on identifying potential risks before they occur and then taking steps to reduce the likelihood that they will cause harm or damage. This includes developing appropriate policies and procedures, training staff on proper safety protocols, conducting regular audits and inspections of equipment, systems and processes, instituting corrective actions when necessary and establishing communication channels between all stakeholders involved in the process. Additionally, it should include measures for monitoring progress towards mitigating identified risks as well as evaluating the effectiveness of current strategies for reducing or eliminating them altogether.
