The chosen theory is the Systems Theory. As an advanced nursing practitioner, one way that this theory can be used is to facilitate collaboration between other healthcare professionals and members of the community. By recognizing and understanding how various components of a system interact with one another, nurses can develop innovative strategies to bridge gaps in care delivery, coordinate services across multiple settings, and ensure that patient needs are met in a timely manner. Additionally, through the use of systems thinking and appreciation for complex interactions between organizations and stakeholders, nurses are able to advocate for policy changes that improve public health outcomes on a larger scale.
