Why didn’t your report show all the supplies you guys wasted last month when you were working in Bill’s department?

The report did not show all the supplies we wasted last month because it was only designed to reflect the supplies that are used in Bill’s department. Therefore, any supplies that were consumed in other departments would not have been reflected in this report as it is only meant to track items within a specific area. In order to get an accurate picture of all the waste from last month, a more comprehensive report would need to be generated that includes data from all departments.
