Anp week 3 discussion | Nursing homework help
There is a relationship between personal beliefs and values and ethical dilemmas. The beliefs and values that we hold can influence the way we approach ethical dilemmas or barriers. For example, if a person holds the belief that everyone should be treated equally regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation, then they may have difficulty with an ethical barrier that involves discrimination against people based on their race, gender or sexuality. On the other hand, if someone holds more conservative beliefs about these issues, then they might not view this particular barrier as unethical. Ultimately how we choose to address an ethical dilemma will depend on our own individual views and values.
