Problem solving | PHI 210 – Critical Thinking | Strayer University
When I am faced with a problem, my first step is to break it down into smaller pieces so that I can more effectively identify the root cause(s). This involves gathering any available information about the issue at hand such as customer feedback, past experiences and expert advice. From there, I will create a list of potential solutions based on what I’ve learned from my research which can then be vetted against each other to determine the best course of action. Finally, once the most viable solution has been identified then I will take the necessary steps to implement it and track progress in order to ensure expected outcomes are achieved or exceeded.
