What are you learning and clinical goals? How do you plan to achieve them?

My learning and clinical goals are to become proficient in the evidence-based practice models for mental health treatment and to be able to confidently assess, diagnose, and provide appropriate interventions for a variety of clients. To achieve these goals, I plan to regularly attend seminars and professional development workshops on various topics related to mental health, as well as read relevant research papers that will help expand my knowledge. I also intend to actively participate in supervision sessions with an experienced clinician who can provide guidance on how best to approach different cases. Finally, I plan to shadow other clinicians in order to gain a better understanding of their techniques and strategies.
