Organizational structure presentation audience and action plan: part i
1. Gather and Analyze Data: Research the industry, competitors, customer needs, and market trends to gain insight into the current state of the industry. This will help inform decisions about the proposed changes and strategies for presenting them in the final presentation.
2. Develop Presentation Outline: Create an outline for the presentation that includes key points or topics to be addressed during each section of the presentation (i.e., introduction, body, conclusion). Additionally, decide whether visuals such as slides or graphics will be used and create these accordingly.
3. Practice Presentation: Rehearse what you plan to say out loud multiple times so you can adjust or make improvements where needed before delivering your final version during the actual presentation.
4. Finalize Materials: Ensure all materials are ready to go prior to delivering your presentation by double-checking facts and figures included in your slides/handouts one last time.
5. Deliver Presentation: On presentation day, arrive early so you have a few minutes to get comfortable with your surroundings prior to starting your speech – this can help reduce nerves.
