Leadership development plan and course summary
My current leadership skills have improved significantly since taking this course. I have learned the importance of having a clear vision and setting realistic goals to achieve that vision. I now understand the value of communication, delegating tasks to team members, being open to feedback and criticism, and fostering an environment of mutual respect. I also recognize the need for coaching and developing my team members in order to help them reach their full potential. Finally, I am better able to assess situations objectively in order to make sound decisions that benefit both the organization as a whole and its individual members.
