What qualities would you look for in a new PM for your project?

When looking for a new PM for a project, I would look for someone with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, as well as an ability to work both independently and collaboratively. It is also important that the individual have prior experience in project management and be comfortable taking on responsibility for all aspects of the project from start to finish. Additionally, I would want someone who has excellent communication skills and can effectively convey ideas or concerns to all levels of stakeholders in the organization. Finally, it is important that this person have a positive attitude and be able to stay organized even when faced with unexpected challenges or obstacles along the way.
