The risk assessment tool that I would use to review and assess the case study project is a SWOT analysis. The SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) model allows for a comprehensive look at an organization’s performance and potential issues that could arise from various external or internal factors. This helps to identify both risks and opportunities associated with the particular project being evaluated. Through this method, we can gain a better understanding of where our strengths lie in order to capitalize on any competitive advantages as well as identifying weaknesses which may require further attention.

Additionally, it provides us with insight into any potential threats posed by our competitors or other external forces; being aware of these will allow us to take proactive steps in mitigating their impacts on our business operations. Finally, the SWOT analysis gives us an in-depth view of available opportunities that can be taken advantage of in order to increase overall success rate of the project under evaluation.
