Please write paper for me.
The codes of ethics for both Verizon and Microsoft are written to ensure that employees abide by ethical practices in their day-to-day activities.
Both companies have a set code that outlines the expected conduct from their respective employees. For example, they both emphasize that all legal and regulatory requirements must be adhered to, that honesty and integrity should be practiced at all times when dealing with customers or colleagues, as well as treating everyone with respect and fairness regardless of background or position. Both companies also recognize the importance of protecting customer data/privacy – whether it is Microsoft’s “Privacy Statement” or Verizon’s “Data Privacy Guidelines.”
However, there are some differences between the two codes; while Microsoft emphasizes innovation within its code whereas Verizon focuses more on teamwork (emphasizing the value of working together). Additionally, there may be different employee regulations regarding confidentiality in Microsoft’s Code depending on job functions that do not appear in Verizon’s Code; such as limiting access to sensitive documents like source codes etc. Lastly, each company has implemented different standards for resolving conflicts within an organization than one another – i.e., how disciplinary proceedings should occur if any misconduct was reported against an employee.
