Assessment 1: critical thinking in action
The leadership of the company should consider the problem from all angles. They should assess the issue, identify potential solutions, brainstorm possible outcomes, evaluate risks and benefits associated with each solution, and select a decisive course of action. In addition to finding a practical solution, they must also recognize and prepare for any unexpected consequences or challenges that may arise. Finally, it is essential for leadership to build consensus among stakeholders by involving employees in problem-solving conversations and seeking input from experts as needed. This way decisions will be made based on logic and facts rather than subjective opinions or emotions.
