Employment-at-will: This is a doctrine which states that an employee may end their employment at any time, for any or no reason, with or without giving notice to the employer.
Wrongful termination: This is a legal term referring to when an employee has been terminated from their job in violation of laws or statutes protecting employees’ rights, such as discrimination laws or labor regulations.
