Abstract: This study aims to examine how the 2021 pandemic has affected nutritional health among different demographic groups. It will focus on exploring any nutrition-related issues that may have arisen due to shifts in food availability, accessibility, and affordability as a result of the pandemic, and compare outcomes from before and after its onset.

Data will be collected through interviews with participants from urban, suburban, and rural areas across multiple states. In addition, secondary sources such as national surveys and reports will also be used for comparison purposes.

Findings from this research can help policymakers better understand how changes brought about by the pandemic have impacted individuals’ nutritional health status so they can create effective solutions for addressing potential problems arising from it in order to maximize public health benefits long-term.
