Describe the behaviors that are most important for you to feel trust in the ethical leadership of a supervisor, manager, or  company executive?

The behaviors I would expect from a supervisor, manager, or company executive in order to feel trust in their ethical leadership are fairness and honesty. Leaders should strive for equity and treat all employees with respect regardless of their position within the organization. It is also important that leaders display integrity by being open about decisions and taking responsibility for any mistakes made rather than trying to deflect blame onto others. Additionally, leaders should be transparent about how funds are allocated so that employees understand why certain decisions have been made which can help build greater trust between management and staff members.
