Discuss, a wholesaler, distributor, and a retailer
Real-World Example:
Wholesaler: Costco, a large store that sells products in bulk to businesses and individuals.
Distributor: Amazon Fulfillment Services, which stock products from manufacturers and then ship them out to retailers.
Retailer: Walmart Supercenter, a place where the end consumer can purchase products for personal use directly from the retailer.
The differences among them are as follows: A wholesaler is typically a business or company that buys goods in large quantities from manufacturers and then resells those goods at lower prices to other businesses (distributors) or in some cases directly-to-consumers (retailers). Distributors purchase goods from wholesalers, store them in their warehouses, and ship these items whenever an order arises; usually supplying retailers with small amounts of product at one time. Finally retailers sell items directly to consumers; often offering customers retail promotional discounts or allowing customers convenience through online shopping options.
