Several members of our sales team have recently departed the company, leaving a critical skills gap in our ability to serve customers and achieve business goals. We need to fill these positions as soon as possible in order to maintain customer satisfaction levels, grow revenue, and continue delivering on our commitment to excellence in customer service. To that end, we are creating an opening for a role dedicated exclusively to customer support and relationship building.
This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service across all channels—including phone, email, chat, social media and more—and developing strong relationships with customers to help drive retention and loyalty. They must also possess excellent problem-solving abilities and adapt quickly when faced with unexpected issues or opportunities.
Finally, they’ll work closely with other members of the sales team (as well as various departments) to ensure that all customers’ needs are met swiftly and satisfactorily.
