1. Project Overview: The project involves the redesign of a current office space to improve collaboration and efficiency amongst existing staff members while also cutting costs associated with additional overhead expenses such as furniture/supplies etc..
2. Objectives: To increase collaborative efforts between team members, reduce distractions in work environment , optimize operational costs through lower maintenance expenses while providing engaging experiences/relationship-building activities (i.e employee gatherings, group lunches) ultimately fostering greater job satisfaction motivation within company staffing at large .
3. Resources Required: Personnel (project team leader & assistant), tools (computer hardware/ software for design process ), materials (furniture, décor, plants) along with budgeted funds allocated for each task or milestone as part proposed plan .
4. Milestones & Deliverables : Project timeline broken down into measurable goals achieved by following stages – planning , design execution , completion evaluation .
