My experiences with ethics have been shaped by my background in law and philosophy. My ethical values are grounded in the belief that individuals should treat each other with respect, dignity, and fairness – regardless of any differences they may have (such as race/gender/religion etc). I also adhere to combination Utilitarianism and Kantianism when making decisions; which involves weighing potential outcomes careful manner so best interest all parties involved taken into consideration while also making sure any action taken honor individual’s rights (both moral and legal) at same time – preventing one group being favored over another needlessly.

An example of an ethical decision I had to recently make was related to a job offer from company that had questionable working conditions. I decided declined this opportunity even though it would have provided me financial gain – ultimately upholding my personal standards aligning them shared values outlined within organization.
