I believe the governance and communication of the company is effective overall. The company has clear policies and procedures in place which set out expectations for all stakeholders in regards to ethical behavior, accountability, transparency etc.

Furthermore, there are regular meetings held between management and employees to ensure that everyone is on the same page with regards to any changes or updates.

Additionally, there are multiple channels of communication available (email, intranet, video conferences etc.) which allow information to be shared quickly and efficiently throughout the organization.
