1. Contact Dermatitis: This condition is characterized by erythema, edema and pruritus caused by an allergic reaction to a contact allergen such as latex or nickel on the skin. It can occur in any area of the body that has come in contact with the offending agent and it is often accompanied by blisters or vesicles. The most likely diagnosis for this graphic is contact dermatitis due to its location on the lower extremities, where there are higher levels of exposure to potential allergens (Rodrigues et al., 2020; Brodell et al., 2021).

2. Psoriasis: Psoriasis is an inflammatory condition which presents with red plaques covered in silvery scale over large areas of skin. It typically affects areas like elbows, knees, scalp and great toe nail beds (ACEs Psych Network 2019). In this case, it might also be possible that the symptoms presented were due to psoriasis since although it does not typically affect large areas of skin like what is seen in this graphic (Kumar & Khare 2018), there have been cases reported where extensive involvement occurred (García-Díez et al., 2018).

3. Lichenified Eczema: Lichenification refers to thickened skin lesions commonly seen in chronic eczema usually present at sites of high friction such as joints or extensor surfaces (Wiebke Kahlert 2009). It may also be possible that these presented symptoms could be lichenificaiton as they do appear thickened and hyperemic which are classic signs associated with this condition.(Ravisankar et al 2012)

The most likely diagnosis based on available evidence would therefore be contact dermatitis given its debilitating characteristics combined with its common anatomical distribution occurring predominantly around the lower extremities making it very probable considering severity level detailed thereof suggesting strongly triggered allergy reaction immediately following sustained period exposed irritant factor causing undue stressors leading itching sensation incapacitating person affected regular basis even affect their quality life shortening span time necessary treated handled quickly helping patient back track normal routines again smoothly effectively efficiently
