A rapid critical appraisal was completed on two separate studies identified in order to compare them; these were ‘The Effects of Exercise Training Programs on Depression: A Systematic Review’ by Ahmed et al. (2017) as well as ‘Health-Related Quality Of Life Correlates Of Physical Activity In Non institutionalized Elderly People With Arthritis: Results From The National Health And Nutrition Examination Survey’ by Robbins et al. Both studies used different approaches when designing their respective experiments and subsequently varied with regards to both methodology and results however they did converge somewhat when discussing implications within context physical activity environment promoting healthy lifestyle choices benefits elderly population suffering arthritis condition reducing symptoms associated improving quality life felt throughout community residence effected positively effecting entire area overall morale..
Overall it appears that there are certain differences between these two pieces of research but ultimately have same objective achieving desired outcome better understanding effects exercise training programs depression quality life correlates physical activity non institutionalized elderly people respect conditions yet still managed gain insight discussed importance need combined effort organization professional associations provide safe secure environments suitable populations aided awareness raised greater participation resulting increase longevity among community improve living standards benefiting all collectively society benefit.
