What financial or accounting information do you need to prepare your proposal?

2 questions – budget and finance-

In order to prepare a proposal for providing physicals at the college, I would need financial and accounting information regarding the costs of providing physicals and the potential revenue derived from them. This would include costs such as staff salaries, supplies, overhead costs such as rent, utilities, insurance etc. It would also involve estimating the number of physicals needed in order to be cost effective. As a new provider offering physicals outside of my regular patient base I may consider doing it at cost initially in order to gain access to future referral business or access local colleges but with careful consideration on how much time and resources will be required for me to complete these services without any return on investment; so that i can anticipate if there are considerable savings achievable by taking this approach.[Gadd 2017]
