My 5-minute, 5-to 6 slide narrated PowerPoint presentation will focus on disseminating the results of my project to an audience. To ensure that my results reach a broad audience I plan to present it at conferences and workshops relevant to evidence based practice both locally, regionally, nationally or internationally as is appropriate after submission for peer review in reputed scientific journals [1]. It can also be presented at symposiums/seminars organized by professional bodies like ANA/ AACN etc.[2] so members become aware regarding current trends being practiced around world & learn how make best use same while incorporating within existing protocols framework[3][4]

I have incorporated all necessary changes suggested during module five presentations as well as reflective exercise done till now learning quite few things related process , methods , tools used validating hypothesis framed ealier leading finally towards better understanding what works where allowing me dig deeper into medical records & journals helping clarify vision rightly align with organizational goals once finalize recommendations

In this case reflective approach taken also enabled identify areas requiring improvement like recording every suggestion shred between team members & ensuring all stakeholders remains informed about updates even if minor change necessitating rethinking plans in some sense becoming part ongoing discussion when data gets analyzed carefully
