What have you done to prepare for your certification?

Since completing my Certification Plan in Week 1, I have taken initiative and actively prepared myself for the certification exam by preparing a detailed study schedule and obtaining access to online resources relevant to human resources. Furthermore, I have completed some of the scheduled tasks on my timeline associated with reading textbooks, watching instructional videos and attending webinars related to HR topics. Additionally, I enrolled in a professional certification training program specific to Human Resource Management which is intended to prepare me for the exam. To ensure that I remain on task with my certification preparations, I am continually checking off tasks listed in my timeline as they are completed accordingly. Thus far there haven been no major changes required; however, I will continue monitoring any new insights gained through research or coursework that may require minor adjustments if needed. Overall progress has been satisfactory as it relates achieving desired outcomes reach ultimate ambition accomplishment graduation exam expectation frame agreement hopefully meet end date projected (May 2021).
