Issue: Current issue: Retail company employee turnover
Workable research design:
A survey could be conducted among current and past employees in order to collect data about factors contributing to employee turnover. Questions could be asked about work satisfaction, job security and job security. Demographic information, such as gender and tenure at the company, along with roles within the organisation, could be collected through the survey.
A random sampling of employees could be used to make sure that the survey is representative. Interviews with former and current employees can be used to collect qualitative data.
