Following the accident that occurred between Starr and Cheeks, I am writing to inform you that your company may face legal actions.
Starr and Cheeks may not cause physical injury to Tentacles but their carelessness would have had more severe health implications for the creature. Starr shouts aggressively at Tentacles as Cheeks and Starr approach the traffic signal in the second scenario. As Tentacles were not a danger, this was inappropriate behavior (All Law 2021). Due to Tentacles’ location in the middle road, there was a possibility that they might be involved in a crash. Starr threatened Tentacles with ripping him out of the vehicle, and even to throw his trash on his window when the lights turned green. Tentacles fears Starr’s and Cheeks’ deliberate actions. In the first case, he is afraid of being removed from his vehicle, while in the second, he is scared of being hit by Starr or Cheeks.
Starr and Cheeks claim that their threats were meant to be funny, while Tentacles says he was actually very scared. Since they were intentionally made, these threats are considered criminal (All Law 2021). The second encounter sees tentacles trying to avoid being hit by Starr. Cheeks, however, veers off of the road and crashes into a curb. He gets up and strikes the steering wheel. Although the Tentacles were not injured, Starr’s and Cheeks actions may have resulted in significant bodily injury. Tentacles may bring suit against Starr or Cheeks. Tentacles can claim damages that could be punitive, non-economic or pecuniary.
