There is difficulty in the community
There are many financial and physical consequences to obesity, including negative effects on your health. It’s important that you understand the risk factors. This community’s setting shows that obesity is most likely due to poor lifestyles, inadequate sleep, unhealthy diets and sedentary behaviors (Carpenter 2008). My neighborhood is still plagued by childhood obesity. The problem has a significant influence on the community as a consequence of its impacts, which include: • resource inflation due to limits;
• metabolic outcomes
• Ethnic and racial differences
This makes it plausible that my local community’s prevalence of obesity among children will rise. Therefore, we need to implement measures to fight this disease. Most of the causes of serious obesity are environmental, sociocultural and family-related dangers. This action plan aims to create a comprehensive community strategy to address the increasing prevalence of obesity. (Carpenter 2008). This action plan is contingent upon addressing the rise in obesity rates in the area since 2013. It is hoped that this plan will address the health and mortality issues associated with obesity.
The Plan of Action to Treat the Condition
This action plan aims to increase knowledge and culture among Texans in order to encourage weight development (Lee 2008). This action plan is designed to counteract unhealthy behaviors and reduce obesity. Therefore, the main purpose is on the need to: • Prevent numerous demographic groups from developing a BMI 30; • Reduce body weight, particularly among those with a BMI 30.
• The necessity to avoid obesity problems in persons with a normal body mass index is the intermediate objective of the action.
• The prevention of weight increase in obese individuals with a BMI 25 by weight stability.
• The prevention of difficulties and consequences connected to obesity
• The encouragement of weight reduction, particularly in those with obesity and associated obesity-related comorbidities.
