Nursing methods
Capstone aims at developing a framework to improve service delivery among community-serving nurses and health care professionals. This intervention is designed to improve the service delivery of nurses and their ability to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. It is clear that this issue can be solved if the project managers are actively involved in the training and competency-building workshops. This will help to achieve the objectives of the project. To develop cultural competence in nurses, it requires advanced training that can effectively communicate cultural sensibilities (Kaihlanen and al. 2019, 2019). Project also recommends a strategy change in which nurses leaders can present to staff new leadership models that are in line with the theoretical frameworks for the cultural competence model of health care. A second recommended intervention is the development of patient-based leadership models in health care communities.
