Health professionals’ attitudes towards providing health care have changed dramatically, which has had a significant impact on facilities. Different studies have explored ethical standards in healthcare and come up with different ways to do so. The standards of specialized ethics promote a more positive working environment. This discourages professionals from being selfish and encourages them to adopt work-ship plans and policies to achieve their final goals in a socioeconomic context. Given the limitations of healthcare institutions’ political and moral frameworks, specialized services are crucial for success. My belief is to have a positive view of humanity. The provision of quality health care should not be left to chance after the completion of professional training. A nursing career should not be defined by just the ability to give exceptional care, but the motivation to do so regardless of what the compensation is. Nurses are capable of seeing the importance in humanity and can perform small tasks that require excellence. The world will become slave to the small, insignificant acts of secretive nurses at the end. Nursing faces many ethical challenges that keep them from realizing their professional goals. These include pay issues and working conditions that are not up to standards (Saha et. al., 2018). Maintaining professional ethics must be focused on improving performance and compassion. This presentation focuses on the values and beliefs of nurses, along with the medical opinions that guide their professional care. No matter how small the impact, I believe in supporting the success of medical facilities. Nursing staff must be aware of changing nursing environments and ensure that they uphold strong professional ethics. I was taught this by my parents. My parents taught me that you should not lose heart, particularly in the face of emotional difficulties. My parents taught me to be accountable for my actions as a child and in adulthood. It is important to be able to overcome all obstacles. This helps to create a positive atmosphere, where everyone can understand the situation and not judge others. However, it is possible that I might not engage in these situations. These mistakes could be unintentional. Putting blame on others can only make the problem worse, not solve it. In order to accept full responsibility, I analyze the causes of errors and provide ideas for avoiding them in the future (Fitzpatrick & Queenan, 2020).
