Education plays a vital role in fostering inclusive and sustainable growth. All stakeholders in the current education system are becoming more aware of how important inclusive education is to achieving institutional goals. Inclusive education is a method that aims to promote equality and fairness in the education sector regardless of other issues that may hinder the capacity of different groups of students to fully integrate into a learning environment (Cowan & Powell, 2014). The greatest barrier to teachers’ ability to develop teaching pedagogies that focus on quality education comes down to the lack of adequate training. The primary factor that limits teachers’ ability to deal with students with different learning abilities is their instructor quality.
Inclusion learning refers to a way of ensuring all students in an institution are able access sufficient resources and have a supportive environment that allows them to excel academically (Loreman 2017, Loreman). This approach is not just about preparing students to take standardized exams, but it also helps them experience the institution. Dyscalculia intervention can be one of the most critical classroom therapies. Dyscalculia can be classified as a learning disability because it affects a child’s ability to solve math problems and execute mathematics. Teachers need to establish an intervention plan in order for children suffering from learning disabilities to be addressed in class. This is despite the fact that research has not been extensive (Loreman 2017). This can be achieved by adapting the best learning/teaching method that is appropriate for the students. Dyscalculia affects children most severely in educational settings. To ensure fairness, all stakeholders including teachers must develop enduring strategies.
Background
Bal (2016) reported that over sixty percent of the teachers from developing countries lack the ability to create effective learning methods that meet the specific needs of their students. Students lack an inclusive education approach, which can be crucial to their wellbeing in school. A substantial amount of research has shown that instructors’ ability to understand and promote inclusion for students with disabilities in their education programs is directly related to their quality. Dyscalculia, which is often a learning disorder for which there has not been enough research, means that instructors have had little exposure to learning materials or other components related to this learning problem. A lack of training and knowledge may lead to students being stigmatized. These components can be dealt with in a long-term manner if instructors receive high-quality education on them.
