Dear Mr. Doe,
The difficulties faced by the employees of my company, especially in leadership, are what I’m writing about. Maintaining communication among all involved is one of the most efficient ways to lead people. Effective leadership and coaching will help the company implement a feedback system that makes employees feel comfortable and excited to achieve all its corporate goals.
Leadership styles that are successful include the ability to change the perspective of your team members and increase productivity within the company. Leadership must take care of the workers needs in order to improve employee motivation. Transformational leaders will work to improve the whole workforce’s value system and grow their ethics and skills. (Al Khajeh (2018) Leadership is a way to encourage employees by creating a connection between leaders and workers. Leadership that sets clear goals and encourages cooperation is more effective in inspiring and enhancing the performance of subordinates.
Walmart associates can be improved by coaching and receiving constructive feedback. The coaching will improve the effectiveness of leadership and management within the shop. Since coaches have to oversee all aspects of the day, coaching improves relationships between workers. Employee development and organization success can be facilitated by giving feedback (Lee et. al., 2019, 2019). Employees can learn from criticism and understand what they are lacking. This will help them to better comprehend their jobs and find the right skills and talent to fulfill their duties. Because leaders guide workers towards achieving their career goals, coaching helps them become more engaged in their job.
Comprehensive coaching strategies are essential for achieving high organizational performance. Success Factory (2021) states that holistic coaching involves examining leadership from all angles and linking team members. The team gives employees a sense of belonging, which helps them to feel more connected. This method helps to identify employee problems and bad behaviour. Shop wants to improve staff performance and increase motivation. This can be achieved by adopting a comprehensive strategy which considers every aspect of employees and promotes professional growth.
This leadership style and philosophy is essential for the LA shop’s success. The firm will benefit from my business leadership skills and other abilities. I can provide a safe environment where my subordinates feel comfortable, allowing them to develop their talents and skills. My leadership skills, organizational knowledge and experience are a key part of my competency. My previous positions with Target and eBay were where I transformed the culture of employees to provide excellent customer service. My past positions speak volumes. I believe that my previous experiences will help me transform the culture at Target and eBay, as well as motivate employees to achieve greater performance.
By motivating and mentoring employees, I will achieve the targets that I set. By understanding the needs of my staff and providing feedback, I will motivate them. All aspects of an employee will be considered while they are being coached in order for them to feel confident and motivated to reach organizational goals. Feedback will be given by holding regular meetings and giving workers the ability to text, email and telephone whenever they need it.
The defined goals will be achieved by motivating, coaching and providing feedback. Staff will feel motivated when they are able to understand their problems and create an environment that encourages growth. They also receive praise and recognition for outstanding performances. The coaching process will examine every aspect of each employee so that they are pleasantly motivated to strive for corporate goals. Feedback will be given by regular meetings that allow workers to communicate via email, phone, or text whenever they need it.
