There are many definitions of excellent writing. Others define great writing as clear, precise grammar and error-free words. Some associate it with logical arguments and the progression of ideas. But what exactly is quality writing? There are many theories about what makes a writer successful. However, Nauman and Stirling (2014) provide three points of view on how to write well: effective thinking and communication; clear structure and clarity; equal purpose, voice and accuracy. To properly communicate their ideas, the writer must have these three skills. IT is a field that requires exceptional writing abilities to be able to address the specific needs of each study or present in professional practice.
Computer science students need to create and present papers that are relevant to their course. To be a good writer, you must have the capacity to think critically and engage in dialogue. Next, the author must design a document which presents information in an understandable manner. The writing must be clear and structured. It should also address critical IT infrastructure issues. It is important that the document be written in a proper manner. These are crucial for making sure documents are properly formatted and understandable. In order to be an effective writer in IT, a person must have the ability to understand, analyze, assess, and create text that addresses key issues. Therefore, a professional in computer science should be able to utilize language effectively to think and formulate beliefs to handle crucial difficulties in the industry (Sarraf & Rafoth, 2020). They must also be able communicate clearly and formulate strategies to achieve the above stated goal.
But the main question is why computer science requires effective writing? Computer science students should have the ability to think critically. They will be able to evaluate and spot any issues in the infrastructure. They should also be capable of offering sustainable solutions for these systemic problems (Accardo 2017). Strong writing skills will enable them to explain the procedure and the results. Communication and writing skills are essential in IT to help prepare people for future challenges, including creating or analysing field-specific writings. Writing is an essential skill for computer scientists. This will ensure their future success.
