Good patient care is dependent on the integration of the best available medical research and individual health services. The body of clinical knowledge is essential for nursing, as it guides practical and applicable practice. Every nurse is responsible for utilizing current knowledge to ensure the best possible care in every clinical setting. The published research is available for nurses to access. Dissemination of research findings is fundamentally intelligent in bridging gaps between practice and research. Four components make up the process of disseminating information. It is both a scientific, clinical and theoretical communication that transmits new knowledge to the patient. After acknowledging that audience analysis is an essential component to any project’s design, I will disseminate my research at the Nursing Conference and in the Scientific Journals indexed by Medline.
Nursing conferences were chosen because they are well-respected and have a high attendance rate. This conference allows me to present my findings via oral communication and presentations. I believe the heart of the activity revolves around human connection. Because of the potential for immediate and meaningful engagement between the presenter, and the audience, active strategies are more effective than passive methods in educational activities. This will increase the communication between me, a nurse researcher, as well as practicing nurses.
Medline is an established database known for its large collection of journal articles, which focuses mainly on life sciences. The Literature Selection Technical Review Committee’s (LSTRC) suggestion is used to select journals. This indicates the reliability and validity of study results. The Medline scientific journal, due to its durability, long life span, ease of retrieval and accessibility, is my preferred choice for dissemination. This will have a significant impact on the lives of many nurses. Clochesy, Visovsky & Munro, 2019).
