It takes a lot of practice and study to be able to write well. My English language skills were not the best. I struggled to read and recognize different writing styles when I was taking a class in English. Making a complete statement using English sentence structure during the first period was difficult. It was difficult to comprehend an idea in English without significant interference in my native language. There is however a significant difference in the structure of sentences between my native tongue and English. But I learned to read and was capable of writing meaningful sentences.
Because I lack material mastery, it was also difficult to create high-quality works. I found it difficult to create a coherent essay about how the Internet of Things will impact education. CI was unable to comprehend the IoT concept as a whole, which made it more difficult for me to compose an essay that requires prior knowledge of technology and computers. Sometimes I could understand what I had to say, but writing the words was difficult. For writing in foreign languages, it is best to read widely. Brandt (1998) states that it is possible to improve academic writing skills by using a wide range of language strategies for every situation. My academic writing was in its early stages. I also had difficulties with grammar and vocabulary. Most of my writing in the beginning was filled with errors of grammar, such as inappropriate use of pronouns, adjectives, or adverbs. It was difficult to understand and read my work because it contained many misspellings. Due to my mispellings, it was hard for me to locate acceptable reading material and study resources.
As my writing skills improved, I was able to write essays more easily.
