I realized that America has a global problem after completing the module. This is especially true as the United States’ economy has become less American due to its currency and the creation of a global one. My experience has shown me that companies with the best social responsibility have high performance levels. For strategic management success, it is important to follow certain rules.
The Lego Group’s reputation for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), is one of my most important discoveries. Additionally, it was clear that the strategy assessment process consists three separate tasks. This includes the assessment of the organization’s strategic foundations. This includes an evaluation of actual and anticipated outcomes. Strategy assessment also includes remedial steps to ensure that the performance meets expectations.
The most difficult idea that I learned in this session was to measure organizational performance. Quantitative analysis is difficult because it involves complex mathematical concepts. Additionally, it is difficult to assess organizational performance as it involves collecting rigorous data on performance from other organizations. This will allow you to identify the extent of competition.
The module’s lessons will be very useful in my job as a manager of human resources. I have learned about outsourcing challenges and methods to address them. As a future HR manager, I can use this knowledge to evaluate organizational performance and help companies develop. Additionally, I will be able to ensure that the company where I work is committed to social responsibility.
