Hello viewers!
Jayme Burrows requested information to help identify community transformation strategies which are most likely to encourage the personal and professional development of members.
The presentation was created as a result of his request. Let’s get to work.
My talk will be about the specific methods that I am using to promote professional and personal growth among members of my community.
Peter Drucker, an Australian management expert and consultant said that the biggest danger in turbulent times is not actually the turbulence. It is instead acting with yesterday’s reasoning.
Reinhold Niebuhr from the United States said: “God give me the wisdom to see the differences and peace in accepting the things I cannot change.
Here is our present for today. We require continuous improvement and change to improve our talents and offer superior services than yesterday. Change is unavoidable in the present world; otherwise, the rivalry is too great, and one is likely to give outmoded abilities (Nisha & Rajasekaran, 2018).
Viewers, I want you to remember that it is all about the survival of the fittest. The most talented people have an advantage in society. Those who are against skill growth will be “wiped out.”
This talk will focus on the importance of the philosophy of Change in the continuous growth and improvement for the 10 talent.
I will also explore the relationships between the 10 skills and ideal employability, and the recruiting process.
These skills are sought by employers throughout all stages of the recruitment and hiring process. Recurrent employees who show up to work every day and only provide basic services are not considered suitable for employment by employers. Employers are looking for applicants who can provide a wide range of services and talents as well as dependability outside of work.
Multitalented employees are viewed as an asset and give companies a competitive advantage. These employees are innovators. Because of their high impact on goal achievement, these workers are highly likely to rise quickly through the ranks with excellent retention rates.
Communication skills are essential to the company’s success. Because of their positive reputation, consumers are more inclined to choose a company that has excellent communication skills.
The ability to solve problems helps workers overcome daily obstacles. Workers are capable of thinking independently and resolving issues without the assistance of senior staff.
Agility – Modern business are exposed to high levels volatility and change such as inter-country wars and climate change. This has profound effects on company operations, especially supply and demand. A person must adapt in order to recognize and respond to these changes quickly, as well to devise strategies to mitigate the unanticipated shocks without affecting organization operations (Suarta, et al. 2017).
