Artificial intelligence is enabling a revolution in the way the human species lives. Information technology’s use is constantly expanding. AI brings various ethical, legal, economic, and social concerns that represent global governance to our society (Ghandour & Woodford, 2019; Alqudah & Muradkhanli, 2021). It is difficult and possible to fulfill a country’s technological requirements. While countries around the world invest in IT capability, the United States shows signs of an ambitious internal transformation. The United States, like most countries, adopted a national strategy and supported investments in IT innovation. IT is now a platform that many UAE products can access. It is important to control many UAE workers and manufactures. Also, labor regulations need to be enforced and developed in order for robots not entirely replace human labor due the rapid development of and use of information technology. But this should not hinder innovation and progress. Ethics is a basic term that refers to principles that guide and regulate behavior, morals, and distinguish between right and wrong. As long as they are confirmed by constant training and monitoring until they become an integrated part of the system, they are an integral element of certain businesses and organizations (Golubchikov & Thornbush, 2029; Al Barghuthi & Said, 2019). Technology and law are separated by a gap. This creates barriers between technology and legal theory, which limits destructive technology development that can harm producers and consumers.
