Projet Results
The purpose of this study is to determine Florida’s needs for mentally ill homeless people. The collection of reliable data about the difficulties faced by homeless people with mental illness will prove to be a key indicator of program effectiveness.
A summary of the project and activities
To assess the needs and wants of homeless people with mental illness, I’ll be going to Florida to conduct qualitative interviews. Based on my research, I will analyze the data collected and draw a conclusion.
Anticipated Challenges / Obstacles
Language difficulties, search participant non-response, and severe weather are some of the common problems. These obstacles will be overcome by me employing an interpreter and posing open-ended questions. I also have an umbrella.
Different Points of View
To get diverse perspectives and thoughts on the issues facing homeless people with mental illness in Florida, I’ll be collecting data from people of different ethnicities.
Competencies
ABC is the leading healthcare research company in Florida. The organization was founded in 2020 with the purpose of conducting studies on the effects of social variables on human health. The organization hires data analysts and collectors periodically to conduct research. It is my responsibility to connect results to social factors, and their impact on mental health. We aim to understand the main factors that impact the health and well-being of different Florida populations, especially minorities.
Candidate Status No My organisation is responsible for any monies received so far in support of its research operations.
