DiSC Evaluation
DiSC Assessment is an assessment technique that we learned in JGR 100. This assessment is focused on four specific behavioral characteristics: Influence, Dominance and Stability. It can help determine an employee’s general personality as well as the job and work style that will best suit them. The DiSC can also be used to help determine the management style of an individual and how they manage individuals with different personalities.

Profil of the DiSC
Criteria Cognitive Ability Exam (CCAT).
CCAT measures an individual’s abilities to problem solve, apply and integrate knowledge, learn new skills and think critically. CCAT is comprised of 50 tasks. They must all be completed within 15 minutes.
The test can be used to predict success in recruiting people for jobs that require problem solving and analytical abilities. Cognitive ability has been shown to be a reliable indicator of job success. It is three times as accurate as interviews, four times as predicative as experience and twice as good as school level.

III. 3. The Evaluation of Emotional Intelligence
As mentioned in week 4, emotional intelligence is the ability, to both analyze and recognize one’s emotions and those of others. This information can be used to make decisions that are compassionate and constructive.
Emotional intelligence assessment scores an individual on their self-awareness and self-management. It also assesses relationship management skills.
