A description of the corporate culture of an organization and its commitment to well-being is the key element that I use to close the sale. Many workers love working at companies that offer health and wellness benefits. Work-life balance, high levels of autonomy, and several professional growth and training programs (Armstrong & Taylor, 2020). Potential employees may be encouraged to sign contracts by being told the positive culture and values of the organisation. Information provided to potential employees will help enhance the company’s image as a workplace.
My second part of the sales pitch would include information about the organization’s incentive and pay structure. The majority of job applicants consider both the salary and the benefits before they accept a job. Employers with competitive salaries attract more qualified workers than institutions with lower wages. If the benefits and compensation packages are disclosed, recruits will be more attentive in evaluating their options. An attractive monetary amount will increase the candidate’s ability to make their own decisions (Eriksson, et. al. 2017). Offering competitive salaries is a way to increase the company’s value.
As the final component in the presentation, the institution’s infringing benefits will be highlighted. These infringes are the financial and other rewards that workers receive for providing exceptional services. These illegal benefits can include medical treatment, vacation pay, mindfulness and wellness training, housing subsidies, as well as financial and non-financial rewards. This list demonstrates the dedication of the institution towards the well-being and health of all its employees (Noe, et al. 2017,). Highlighting the infringed benefit will increase the likelihood that you attract qualified staff. Infringement benefits are non-financial rewards that contribute to employees’ well-being. Many employees choose to work in a particular field because of the lucrative benefits.
