The Foundation of Army Leadership
For any institution to be successful in the army, it must possess the foundation of leadership. The foundation of army leadership is essential for an institution to succeed. The foundation also decides the effectiveness of the leadership. Strong leaders make it possible for soldiers to face daily challenges in today’s highly hostile security environment. Because they are skilled in many areas, the army leadership is able to act fast and adapt quickly. It will examine the fundamental foundations that are necessary for leadership in the army and discuss how these can be improved. This paper will also discuss the connection between strong leadership and a strong foundation.
Strong and stable foundations are essential for all military organisations to be able to provide leadership to the army. Army leadership is attached to loyalty to the laws of the nation, history, the evolving doctrine of the army, and accountability to authority (Mostafa & Kay, 2006). With care, this knowledge is used to develop multi-skilled leaders that are skilled at managing army affairs. The Army’s leaders are responsible for their professional and training. You can classify the army in three types of core leadership competencies. These competencies are crucial in the development of leaders at all levels: attain, develop and lead. The categories of the army, together with these three competencies define the roles and offices for leadership.
