Plan your goals
The primary goal of this plan is to teach children about multiculturalism and help them embrace it. It is the act of discussing how people relate to other cultures. This will enable acceptance and understanding of cultural differences. The study examines the possible causes of a particular skin color variation by allowing the children to see their differences and those of others. Without interruption, these will be part of the primary curriculum.
The library must include different settings and situations to allow for a pragmatic or informal evaluation of the involvement of different cultures. The effects of mixing different colors will be examined through drawing and coloring. This will allow for an unrestricted understanding of the differences between people. This is vital for children’s growth and development.
Principles Evaluation
A growing awareness and ability to identify similarities in cultures as well as differences. Each child must be able to adapt and interact with other cultures.
Materials required
Multicultural crayons, papers and paints are available to students. The student library contains many books, and also pictures and drawings from people of different backgrounds. There should be a possible communication to other classes from other locations for more resources—some snacks and an entertainment system will come in handy in ensuring the children are motivated to participate in the events of the day.
The introduction and the instructional process. Teachers’ assessment.
Teachers will teach the importance of multiculturalism and explain how they relate to individuals with different skin complexions. Teachers should remind students that they cannot be either boy or girl.
The children will be placed into groups, just like in playgroups. (Levin, 2020). They will discover who their role model was and be encouraged to tell other children about it. Some children might do extra drawings and coloring in multiple colors.
The snack will include everyone sitting down and having a chat during lunch. A story will be told by the teacher about an exceptional person, which should make this a memorable experience.
The music time will offer children the chance to create their own music. Children can play many other games such as tug-of-war, modeling, soccer, and model making.
Children should be encouraged to look at the world from different points of view by teachers. The teacher should help children appreciate differences and to understand them. It is also possible to help children enjoy what they dislike.
By adapting to diversity, cultural misunderstandings and biases are eliminated
Many opportunities will arise to exchange and learn from various cultures. All children must learn to be flexible and able to change activities and appreciate them. The child will be more open to learning new things if this is possible.

You must design the learning environment and instructional materials to ensure inclusive education. You must also assess the curriculum to ensure diversity.
