APA. Synopsis: Find a company either in the USA or Canada, pick a product line, find all the information you can from the company website, industry reports, research papers, news etc to understand and study their approach in marketing their products.
How do they do it, what is the value of the product that they are selling, analyze from the consumer behaviour point of view. What do their customers find in the product line that makes them buy the products? Give examples.
How has the business model changed, are they pushing more online sales, how are they marketing, what kind of marketing material are they using, channels, platforms, who are their target demographic. (Don’t do question and answer format, these questions are just to make you think and start your research)
What kind of changes have they made in their product line, new products, what needs are they trying to meet etc.
What perception are they aiming for from the customer point of view.
What technology are they using, how is it benefiting them.
How have customer expectations changed?
How do businesses evolve their ways of working/product or service offerings to meet new needs?
How might businesses re-connect and communicate with their customers?
How might businesses engage with customers with a capacity-constrained on-site or virtual customer service team?
Upon studying the company and their practices, what recommendations would you give to this company, I am looking for specifics and details (If you say, they should go digital is NOT acceptable, you must give details, perhaps even recommendations of software, strategies etc)
