- Complete 10 days of meditation a minimum of 10 minutes a day for 10 days, You are encouraged to increase this to 10 minutes x twice a day. If you are already practicing meditation, make sure to include this in your summary. If you have never meditated start with 3 minutes and allow the mind to adapt and increase time gradually over 10 days.
Complete the attachment as if you were me. You just need to make this up as if you have already did this for 10 days. Note how many minutes you did, what type, and observation notes such as difficult, or easy to meditate, etc
